When it comes to marketing your small business (and rather large businesses, as well), this seems to be the decision these days.
Thanks to generation Z, TikTok, Reels, and other viral sensations of the young (how am I actually old enough to be writing ‘the young?’), we’ve come to a fork in the marketing road, and apparently, you must choose.
Will you entertain?
Will you inform or comfort or inspire or delight?
Of course, the decision isn’t that straightforward and easy, but the question is one to ponder and take seriously… To entertain or not to entertain?
